First start for X'mas days!

I decided not to go out for lunch today. Hehe, I don't feel hungry at all of course (ate big box of rice and around 1/2 kg of cherry this morning) I searched on Manga fox whether new chapter of Cross Game or Skip Beat was released and scanned. But I didn't find anything new to read. Looked around my desk, my colleagues have gone out for lunch...
What to do then? Actually I cannot stay away from my lovely crochet hooks. On opening my backpack, I touched the Snowman pattern... I'm just beat around the bush hehe. I crochet something in order to prevent me from being drowsy.
And there it goes, the hat of my coming snowman.
I even don't know when I will finish the whole snowman, but I'm quite eager to make it this week hehe.

It took me about 25' to finish it. Oh how I love little things!

Here is the pattern, for this hat only.

Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in a loop. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed. - 6 sc
Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sc.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * around - 18 sc.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 2 sts, rep from * around - 24 sts.
Rnd 5: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 3 sts, rep from * around - 30 sts.
Rnd 6 -13: Sc in each sc around.
Rnd 14: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * around - 36 sts.
Rnd 15: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 5 sts, rep from * around - 42 sts.
Rnd 16: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 6 sts, rep from * around - 48 sts.
Fasten off.
